We designed this penthouse residence for parents needing a spacious retreat for themselves and a magical space where their kids can play and sleep. The King-size bed and electric fireplace, and en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom delivers incredible comfort and total luxury. Meanwhile, the reading nook features twin bunk beds and the coastal décor feels like a private beach house. Beachwood’s full kitchen gives you the option of preparing meals with plenty of storage for snacks. Off the kitchen, the bright and open living room has a dining room table where your family can gather, and a sectional sofa. The living room’s full bathroom has a standup shower and bathtub for cleaning up the kids after a busy day on the beach.

The Beachwood is a single-level penthouse residence on the third floor of the Goose Rocks Beach House. At this height, the ocean view from the massive deck is even more impressive.
